If you were the cop, I would have pissed on you for being a dumb *** role model by endangering others with speeding. Then you should arrest yourself for wreckless driving, traffic violations, and making up an argument (on the spot) to make an arrest.

That cop was clearly wrong, and yet we still have dumb people on the board who defend them. No wonder why america praises rich and dumb folks. Celebs make dumb mistakes and they get praised, octo mom gets praised for endangering the lives of children, having 16 kids, no father, and being broke. I love the American image.

The ones who actually speak some sense, get called ridiculous, a hater, along with a slew of other names cuz generally the other side has no argument.

Oh, and when is kidnapping chargeable for blocking someone in a driveway? that was a perfect display of two stupid people interacting.
Citizen's arrest is a tricky matter, and I'm pretty sure you can't break the law (90+ mph) to do it

I agree, two stupid people interacting.

The question is, why is law enforcement one of the guys breaking the law? Aren't they supposed to be a role model and more honorable than that? Sad.

You follow the wrong LEO into the wrong part of town in the bay area you might end up in a world of hurt, or at least a tazing.

You wonder a lot of people have no respect for cops, it's because of people like you.

The cop ****ed up big time. At least pretend to be going somewhere when you endanger peoples lives for no reason. I mean that's disgusting, he probably does it every day. Of course police can speed when needed but they aren't suppose to make a practice of going triple digit speeds.

Berk cops got in trouble for the same ****, and they probably do quite a bit more than that d bag sherrif.

If Cops start breaking peoples cameras/video tapes, there would be a lot of dead cops, and even less respect for the law.

That guy is a ****ty cop. I'd like him to explain how he contributes.

out in Brea, cops are notorious for pulling over one another and citing each other for speeding.

If you do have an officer, especially one who routinely breaks the law, you can have a ticket issued to him - note, on paper or better yet video, and take your evidence to the police station, speak to the sergeant in charge about the officers behavior.

The evidence will be reviewed, and if sufficient, you will be asked down to the police station to a blanket party....er, I mean you will be witness to the officers superior issuing a moving violation to the offending officer.

This is what happened to me anyways, down in Florida many long years ago.

Hilarious. Too bad the cinematography was so poor.
