Not all water bottles are clear or see through so it depends on what the water bottle looked like as to if she would have noticed it right away or not.

Well, the funny thing is, how the hell did they find out that he did it twice? Did he fess up to it? Also, note how the two incidents are nearly 4 months apart, and, the last incident was over 4 months ago. I can't imagine that back in January, his co-worker discovers the jizz in her water, complains about it, and nothing happens? Did he get a warning or something saying that if it happens again, they'd press charges?! And then, he was just arrested, so what the hell took so long between April and now? Maybe she knew what it was both times, thought about it, and decided "screw this - not cool - I'm pressing charges!"???
