easy, go to big 5 and get a duck call..
go to ace hardware and grab a plastic tube that is the same diameter as your flange.
next, simply insert the duck call as best you can in one end of the tube, and the other end of the tube needs to be in the flange
Now, with a whole roll of duct tape, begin fastening
once done, start car... and scare your neighbors
