LOL, no actually, I have gotten pulled over 2 times in 1 week (last year) for my front windows being tinted.......but not even a second look for the exhaust......thats why I went with the twin tip....at a glance it looks pretty stock.....and if you are observant when you drive, just upshift to a higher gear near the po po's and go into stealth mode, and yer home free. Admittedly, there have been a couple of instances in downtown SJ on a Sat. night, where I was sh*tting bricks....but the po's just cruized on by.

Edit: I noticed that if you are not goofing off, and acting like a doofus, then the po's will normally leave you alone.....its just when you are being obnoxious that they take notice.
