It's really not like that, you use them to quit smocking... I have had 3 friends quit due to the esig..

yeah, One of my coworkers has one of those and he is using to help him quit... We always make fun of him and call it a decepticig. I think the funny thing is that it actually glows a little when he takes a drag.
