Local Brewery! Das Brew in zeh Fremontz!
Sounds like it'll be on yelp, but damn I'd encourage an i-club meet at this pad!
Couple owned. German folks, Priscilla and Jan (sounds like Yawn) are really chill. Free Pretzels at the place. I'd also suggest buying a sandwich at Subway or something similar and eat it there, make sure you clean up after yourselves.
The setting looks like some backyard brewery in a garage, but they brew some damn good beers! Only fit a couple dudes inside (especially if you're huge, c'mon don't lie now!) and a few tables inside, but it's quiet since it's after work.
They have 5 beers, working on a 6th (Pilsner).
I can get into more depth, but I want to keep it short and I encourage a visit.
I super enjoyed the Triple Blitz IPA. 12.0%. I don't like chocolate, I can tolerate some but I personally don't like it, but chocolate chips as encouraged by Priscilla, is pretty enhanced beer wise or chocolate wise (who knows? maybe I'm drunk by this point). So I thought this was topnotch! They do offer some Hef, if you're into that btw.
I ended up grabbing a Growler (64oz.) of Triple Blitz, but I'll definitely go back for more Triple Blitz IPA and try the Pilsner when it's available.
They can't sell glasses of drinks, only testers because at the moment they're avoiding all them stupid CA taxes. But they can sell Growlers, $10 for the bottle, $10 for the beer inside, 64oz. Every refill after that is $10 bux as long as you bring the Growler. It's something like 5X12oz bottles if you are trying to compare the general 6 pack for under 10 bux. Theirs is $10bux for a 5 pack of damn good beer.
Anywho, $6 bux for the flight (small glasses of 4 beers, you CAN have all of them 1 type of beer or any combination)off tap? Pretty good if you ask me.
They do have business in local restaurants listed on a chart at their place, and you can walk around and view the process.
If you want to relax with a few folks or even by yourself, I'd suggest droppin' by this place.

Big conflict that hsn't been fixed by google yet is
It's (415) 517-8100
The 510 # is actually some lady's number, she complains that she got a buncha calls cuz they're asking for the brewery.
It's correct on yelp, not on Google maps. So DON'T use the 510, use 415!

This Week I skipped.
Your parts guy knows me, I thought I'd introduced myself to pretty much everyone as far as the Weds Meets, sorry if I missed you.
Shane
p.s. Might invite a couple former Co-Workers up tomorrow night since they're both quitting their jobs and moving back East.
I'll let you all know if it goes down in case any of you want to join in.
