Actually for that matter, Brendan's got the purchaser's address. Someone slip a Dickbutt sticker in the mail, free of charge, with no return address?

I'd threaten that you will or have determined what the child ran into with his car, also the property damage / hit and run he may have done. I'd ask them if they want the police to be involved.
Lets just go post all over the scumbags facebook.

Kid hits something and then comes up with stupid story to tell dad because he knew his *** is now in a sling. Gonna be really sorry when the case gets thrown out.

Ha the rear bumper was immaculate...the front bumper however is destroyed LOL and is being held on by a few clips and some bumper clips, but I stated that in the ad and sold the car with a discount so he could get the bumper fixed...
The letter by the lawyer is free (comes part of a monthly or yearly fee my parents pay for Legal Shield) so no harm done getting it sent anyway.
But yeah I was a little worried at first, as most people are when some guy calls threatening a $100,000 law suit, then after awhile I realized how idiotic this guy is lol.
Thanks fam

If all information is indeed disclosed in writing and vehicle sold "as is" (which is the case for most used cars) then the lawsuit is a non-issue.
However, if important information was hidden (especially safety related) and there is no proof to indicate otherwise than there might be a case...though the cost would greatly outweigh the reward (unless someone got killed or maimed).
To clarify, I am not accusing you of anything and just saying this for general knowledge of how things can go.

I am a little late to the party, but this is why one should always keep copies of all ads for posterity (buying and selling).

Dude, haven't you heard? Even Mexicans are moving back to Mexico in droves.

A four-decade tidal wave of Mexican immigration to the United States has receded, causing a historic shift in migration patterns as more Mexicans appear to be leaving the United States for Mexico than the other way around, according to a report from the Pew Hispanic Center.
