it hasn't hit sac. town yet but i'm sure sooner or later it will. until then i'm keeping my car in the garage and the beater outside.

 

straight up ghetto-fabulous. I lived there for 2 years. Had my 1980 911 broken into twice (BOTH times in locked apartment complex garages) and came home once to see two dudes walking out of the complex's public area with a big flat screen projection TV.

--Didn't think anything of it at first until they literally threw it into the back of a pickup and drove off with it sliding around in the back. So I went into the 'business center' they had set up and sure enough.....big screen TV ripped off the wall mount. This was an apt complex where you needed a key fob to get into the building....and then again to get into the 'business center'.

I called the police and the cop had the ***** to ask me why I didn't do anything while they were driving away. I was like.....'what did you expect me to do? Jump in front of their car over a TV?' WTF!?

4+ years in San Francisco and not a single incident involving my car, apt, etc.

you couldn't pay me to live in San Ho again.

 

north san jose is fine. 3 years here and not a single act of vandalism, hell I barely ever see cops doing anything but chillin at starbucks

Bastards stole my rear wheel off my fixed gear bike in FRONT of Duncan Hall at SJSU during school hours (3-5pm). I locked my frame but not my rear wheel, but still it's pretty ridiculous. I carry around a huge u-lock plus a chain lock now.

Yeah N SJ is cool, but my friend was car jacked at knife point a few years ago in that parking lot were hollywood video was. Pw, starbucks lot.
