lil weekend project

here was my little weekend project with my gruppe-s headers. lol took my time ended up being like 3hrs of wrapping.

Nice work, that stuff can be awkward to work with sometimes. I've wrapped a downpipe with it before but never tried to do it on a header myself. Getting it to wrap tight around the bends is the hardest part.

ya that was fun goin around the bends. but even better was goin and feeding between the pipes.

fyi i used a spray bottle and you kind of damp it just dont soak it. then let dry.

I wrapped a little section with a bend. Then unwrapped it measured how long that was. then took the wrap and went straight from start to end of where i had wrapped it. And figured out the ratio of how much wrap per inch. End up being 5.25 to ever one inch when u had the wrap straight going on the tube.

lol hope that made sense.
