Does anyone know of any certify place or stations that will do a "Light and Brake inspection" in San Francisco?

are you tying to register a salvaged car? The only place I used to use was in Concord, but they would do brake/light/smog for $95. You will probably pay 100-150 in SF just for the brake and light
