LIC Motorsports...Project Legacy

Soooo we've done it again. We've taken an old school Legacy (MY98, 2.5 NA motor) and turned it into a family car with a kick... I must say, that I'm the lucky one this time, as this is my car.

Here are some of the mods:

-17" ROTA Actions on 225/45/17 Dunlops
-V8 STi Struts, STi Pinks, Group N HD Mounts Front & Rear
-WRX calipers
-WRX Front Rotors
-Legacy H6 Rear Rotors
-Carbotech Bobcat pads
-Goodridge SS Brake Lines
-VF23 JC Sports Turbo Kit
-Vortech FMU
-Walbro Fuel Pump
-2.5" turbo back w/ cat
-Borla Headers
-WRX Steering Wheel
-Westach Gauges (A/F, EGT, Fuel Pressure)
-Painted Front & Rear Spoiler, sideskirts, and grill
-20% Tint all the way around

Linkee: 98 LEGACY

that thing is sweet, I got a quick ride in it when we were in vegas.

It helps Noah get into trouble with the CHP as well

keep up the great work guys.

Ha Ha they aren't...it's adam's old kit from back in the day, he had it on his NA 2.5RS.

What engine management was used and how reliable do you think the setup will be with 115k miles?? ....and the tranny is another matter... Just curious, I've always thought turbo kits for NA cars were cool.

No engine management...running it low boost, pig rich and high Fuel pressure with the FMU.

As far as 115K on it and turbo charging it, yeah...its not the best idea but we just did head gaskets on it....it'll be fine, if you ask me.

Tranny is a AT, so it's plently capable of holding the turbo power. (besides we're only running 5 lbs. of boost....wait until we turn that up to 8 lbs. or so, we'll easily see 200 whp.)
