all i know is the car sounds bad ***, even at BAM when you were takin the car off the trailer, the exhaust was hella loud.

made me wish i could get one more run @ thunderhill before the season was over, but no more hpde this year up there...

 

The exhaust does sound awesome. You guys gotta stream from the race woot. way of the future way of the future.........ill tune in for it!

 

we streamed last year and its one hell of a process to maintain....but fun for sure.

A older laptop, a air card (verizon or AT&T), some software I have...I might be able to help you set up a live stream from the car, that could read the OBD2 and stream that information back LIVE to you (oil pressure, water temp, fuel pressure, ect...)

I might even have a older laptop laying around that would work...p3, but should work with linux on it..

*edit* Humm.. I wonder if a airnet Cisco "N" with a 25db boost antena would work. Its got a half mile range with that setup, and would be much more stable...

 

Nothing beats streaming from the caravan mate! That was some of the funniest road trip moments I can ever remember!

Yeah I see those commercials for the mifi or myfi. You'd think something like that would work. The time when it was streamed was definitely cool to see but not like watching the youtube video in terms of clarity. I wonder if you could start a business with something like that. Be called in to stream highschool sports or car racing or something.

 

^ its already done, there are already services out there that do just this, like the one I noted above.
