So I'm kinda torn between 2 different cars that have always had my eye. I'm looking to replace my STi RA since I'm going to PCS and want some luxury and not tinker with it other than wheels, tint, audio. Which would you choose: 98-05 Lexus GS300/400/430 OR a 03-05 Infinity G35? Please tell me why as well.

 

The lexus looks better, thats for sure... I'd avoid both though, but thats just personal opinion.

 

Why would you avoid both Daniel? Maybe its my young old age setting in, but right now I want something just to cruise in. Definently done with GC8s for a while.

 

I vote neither too. Get a 335 to cruise in

 

Would love to, but that is far out of my price range. I'm leaning more towards a GS300 due to my preferance in it's style and price tag for a good used one 7-10k. How was your G35 when you owned it?

 

G35 for sure! Fast sounds great and is a car you can really drive if u need to

 

g35's are nice, make sure to get a sedan... generally speaking though g35 owners are mehhhhhh =/

 

you'll have to get the rear fenders rolled, but there is some good clearance up front. if you wanna sit low low you will need 19's though.

I voted G35. I own a G37 and if you are looking to cruise and push it at times it's a great car. Almost 50k miles on her and not one single issue, but then again the car is basically stock minus suspension mods. Are you going to keep the Suby? If you can I suggest you do you'll miss it when it's gone.

I'd go with the G35. Used lexus cars also have a rep for becoming ghetto donks.

Oh and I think early G35's had brake issues. You should read up on that.
