Talking It is time to bump this baby...

I haven't been to the service department but when I baught mine that ape of a internet sales manager was verbally abusive to me after they screwed up my loan and I told them what I was willing to pay per month. Honestly thought he guy in finance got me a killer deal from Star One credit uniion for aloan so it isn't all bad. BTW they have a 72 month loan with a great finance rate, so check out Star one if you are interested.

hahahah it's been quite a while since I read that story.

----

oh yea, i bought from steven's creek in jan. 2002. salesperson tried to tell me the car was twin turbo. when i corrected him, he tried to say that htey just got the cars and didn't really know much about them.

i used to do all my service at carlsen, now i definitely do all my service at santa cruz.

My salesman knew his ish pretty well and even bought my first tank of gas. The only complaint I had was how long it took to get my damn tags which wasn't really they're fault.

i used to do all my services at santa cruz, now I do all my services at home. Just too expensive, but they do excellent work!

Recently a friend of my co-worker went there and tried to buy a wagon with a trade-in. Long story short, SCS said one thing, and when it came to signing, it was something else. He decided to not get the car, but SCS wouldn't give his keys back and almost got into a fight with the manager.

Yeah, so they suck!

Our local Subaru place is AWESOME!!!! They sell an opinion performance warranty and will even install all parts for you (at a good price). I get my oil changed with a Sard filter and Royal Purple oil for $40. I think that's a damn good deal.
