i need some legal advise, anyone know of any good lawyers. I dont want to go thru details but i got scammed by a fradulent vendor. Its not for car parts or anything regarding cars....I did all i could to verify the business, but still people want your money....now i want my money back, i hate fuggin scammers...

 

Are they a member of the BBB? Also, what amount are you talking about. If it's less than $7500 you have to go to small claims court.

Contact the Calif. Bar Assoc. They have a referral service.

 

also contact the county District Attorney. If they receive enough complaints they will open an investigation and maybe put them out of business... Worked for my g/f

 

The DA put your gf out of business? What was she doin'? And is she still 'serving' customers?
