La Vic's is TERRIBLE. 2nd worst burrito I've had next to Taco Bell. Yes, the orange sauce is tasty in a creepy greasy way, but the burrito without the orange sauce is GROSS.
Never been to Iguana's; regret going to La Vic's instead of Iguana's.

If I were left with those two options, but obviously this thread isn't about the best in the South Bay, but the best between the two most popular. Otherwise I'd throw one into the pool.

La Vics for quesadillas.
Iguanas for everything else. Their nacho/carne asada fries are so good.
I usually get a super burrito from Iguanas and ask them to add some fries in there (remove rice).

The people here are greedy as hell and think it's fair to charge $10+ for a burrito that's not even very good.

Everyone picks La Vic for one thing and one thing only... the orange sauce. I love it as well. But that doesn't make their food better than Iguana's. If you really want La Vic sauce go buy a bottle from them. Besides taht... Iguana's has orange sauce too. And it's better.
