Just had to share, not much of an activist, but I say this is money well spent.
I know some might be like "We don't meddle in anyone else's affairs." But this one is brutal.
Went from 50k views to 2mil in 7hrs since last night.

The video is full of propaganda. The intention to spread awareness of third world country troubles is healthy, and only that. Now every little teen spirit on facebook is jumping on the bandwagon. This wasn't the first time invisible children stretched the truth. Oh how uneducated are the masses.

The video in the OP was around 4.2million views this morning. Right now its sitting with 7.3million.
Wonder how many of those millions of people actually RESEARCH what this whole cause is about, or if they are just blindly giving away their money based on this single youtube video....
If you are to donate, donate to a more reputable organization like Amnesty International not some shady organization like this.
I finally took the time after class to watch the video today to have my own opinion on it. To say the least, I thought it was pretty damn obvious and rude/insulting to our (or your) intelligence. Its hard enough to get actual trustworthy news and intelligence from third world countries so far away, they are just taking advantage of that now.
I dont wanna look like an ******* going around commenting on ppls facebook shares.... but that just means that the viral video propaganda will be working and fulfilled. I do believe for human rights, but stretching the truth to gain action, and who knows what else the us can exploit over there.

Invisible Children has been condemned time and time again. As a registered not-for-profit, its finances are public. Last year, the organization spent $8,676,614. Only 32% went to direct services (page 6), with much of the rest going to staff salaries, travel and transport, and film production. This is far from ideal for an issue which arguably needs action and aid, not awareness, and Charity Navigator rates their accountability 2/4 stars because they lack an external audit committee. But it goes way deeper than that.
The group is in favour of direct military intervention, and their money supports the Ugandan government’s army and various other military forces.
