i went through a set of fk452's in 2k miles. but then again, -4 camber all around.. 225/40/18 on a 18x10 wheel. =).
oh and id recomend the BFGoodrich G-forces. i have them on my car right now. and i love em!

The interesting thing here is that it was only the passenger rear all the way to the cords. That definitely points to a toe issue. My bet is on a slight toe issue in addition to dynamic toe changes during hard cornering. What kind of suspension do you have? How about stiffer bushings to reduce deflection?

Tires last me about a year no matter what they are, so two years seems good to me 
I had some RE010s that lasted me about 8K and the RE760s that I've got on both wagons right now are holding up really well. Regular Auto-X, I'd just get a set of beater rims and burn those tires up just for those days.

Yeah... your set ups always made my brain hurt. I can't afford to go through tires like that. LOL.

I'd rotated tires front to rear a few months ago so the inside edge isn't nessicarly a function of the rear suspension.
Suspension in back is Ohlins shocks and RCE bar and camber kits. No bushings or links have been replaced.

As far as tires. The g-forces surprised me on how good they work on the track. Just get road noisy. The v12s I have been really happy with. 2 track days and still look and grip as new. The tire I really liked for some reason was the oem STi bridgestone. It seem to work really good. But its hard to compare as each car has it own set up.
The guys at the track really like the star specs. I'd try them but now that my drivetrain is all built up I'm moving to slicks.
