That went pretty much as expected
At best Chi fighters techniques seem to be able to work on about half of their students

P.S. The deal was actually that you had to PAY HIM $5000 to fight him, and that he'd cough up $10k if you beat him (plus he'd leave the martial arts world or something like that).
