Kelley Park Update
Thought I've give a little update on Kelley Park and the homeless.
The sweep on Thursday was a huge success; over 20 of the people living in the creek around Kelley Park agreed to go into city rehab and work programs.
Yesterday I was part of a volunteer creek clean-up and got out the last of the trash. I can personally say that there are no homeless living in Kelley Park.
I can also say there are some amazing spots in the creek that people should really go check out.
There is a spot down in the creek that has a waterfall and small palm trees growing around it. Really one of the most beautiful spots I've seen in the bay area.
