Interesting response. I wasn't being sarcastic or snippy.
I was actually relaying my own experience. I thought I'd save $ going to the hardware store myself. After buying all the necessary pieces, I ended up spending just as much (and some times more). And worse... wasted a bunch of time doing it, especially when selection is almost never diverse enough.
I found it's just easier and more reliable to buy them from the person who has specifically chosen them to match; unless of course they are outrageously overpriced. (Which the Kartboy ones are not)
