just so you know, trade in on the 02-03 under 30k is 14,600. well, it was a year ago. that might help you bargain.

I came from the 300zx forums. You guys should hear all the criticizing of the WRX over there. So many race stories where somehow the Z always comes out on top. But i am so excited to make the switch to the WRX. ive wanted one ever since i could drive

 

I propose we call the '06s "Demon Eyes" because they look demonic to me. Definitely not peanutty.

 

Most WRXs that I've seen for sale advertised as "stock" were previously modified and returned to stock. So FWIW, be careful. You can probably pick up an 02/03 for 14 or less. Depends on the seller and how much they're willing to bargain, if at all.

I'm biased towards bug eyes since I have one, but blob eyes aren't that bad either. :x

The 04's front end is shaped a bit different than the 02's right? It seems like the 04 is bit sleeker. I dunno that could just be me.

Try to find an 02-03 with ~50K miles preferably from an adult. You shouldnt have a problem getting it for $14 - $15, 500. I wouldnt pay more than that unless it had less than 30K miles or something.

BTW, I bought my 02wrx wagon in march 04 for $17K, 19K miles on it.
