It's California.
I'll be surprised if he gets like 10 years.

Damn, you're far too kind and gentle to this sick bas****.

Think branding his forehead with a hot iron. Razor blades embedded into a cat of nine tails, followed up by salt - all over his body. Maybe someone would add some fresh habanero pepper juice into his eyes. I hear pool chlorine poured directly on the skin, especially with open wounds would sanitize them. Supposedly, pliers make good tools for removing finger and toenails. They also work well for ripping out teeth, one at a time so no one can identify him by his dental records. Think of a coat hangar shoved inside his pee hole and root around ripping the veins apart, tearing the membranes of his *******, then ripping his bladder apart - all without leaving an external mark. Perhaps before that someone should cut his vocal cords so he can't scream.

Perhaps people should gather money to bail him out, then take care of the problem. After the torture leads to death (say at least a couple of days) THEN string his corpse behind a truck and drag it through the streets, and leave it in front of his house for his mom (she says he's just off his meds for a day, but a nice boy) to find and clean up.

People take safety for granted in public places. No one goes shopping and says... I should be extra careful today someone is going to rape my 2 year old in the next isle over. Putting blame on the parents is ignorant. Probably took that dude less than 10 seconds to get to that point.

Now... sick ****er should die. Instead we get to pay for him to live in jail for the next 20 years. Then pay for his medical expenses and even his enter after he gets out.

I say stick him in general pop drop the dime and turn off the cameras.

I totally agree with you! I was like she was with 2 adults and not 1 of them was watching her?!?!?! WTF right? I mean don't get me wrong but the grandmother and aunt are just as guilty as the guy who did the crime!

Ignorant? It's not like I am trying to put blame solely on the grandma and aunt, here. But come on. It's not like it was a 10 year old kid. 2 years old is still a baby in my mind. My youngest is 2 and there is no way in hell that I would let her out of my sight, let alone arms reach. And I doubt it was 10 seconds.

I know you're not blaming solely the parents that were there, but it's true. I have a 7yr. old son. When ever he's with me he's never out of my sight especially in public places. Plus I've taught him to stay where HE can always SEE ME and vise versa. He knows about stranger danger too. This kid was 2 yrs. old for crying out loud. How can you let a 2 year old out of your sight even for 1 second. It's like that video of a 22 year old couple at a gas station. They left their 6 month old baby in the car with it running and someone takes the opportunity to steal the car. Luckily the gave chase and caught them. Win for saving the kid, EPIC FAIL OF MASSIVE PROPORTION FOR LEAVING THE CAR ON, UNATTENDED, AND WITH KID IN CAR! If you guys want the link let me know I'll post it.
