Well I just got back from Spain today. I can finally get you guys my resume since its been on my comp at home. I'll call the shop tomorrow and see whats up. Basically start anytime, I'd have no problem quitting my current job. Talk to you soon..

Oleg - The hiring process takes time since there were so many resumes. Management has to go through each one and decide who to interview, etc

I think talking Chaps is the regular dialog....during hiring they have to talk about shipping and parts and boring stuff like that.
