jdm black chome vs jdm projectors

For people who own bugeye wrx, whats the difference between the jdm black chome vs jdm projectors (the regular ones). I have always wanted a pair but its so expensive for headlights. Should I get the headlights or exhaust. I had the Hks hi power exhaust so should i get headlights this time around. give me your opinions!

jdm black chrome have a shiney black/chromish housing, while the regular jdm projectors use flat black housing (like the flat black housing in 04/05 lights).
oh yeah, those lil dinky lights above the projectors also are different if im not mistaken-- black chrome lights has blue tinted lights, and the regular jdm projectors are standard yellow color.

Oh and jdm black chrome i believe are all hid's... and the regular ones can be I think but usually aren't.... welp that's about all i know bout them.

jdm black chromes should come with oem hid's, along with built in leveling motors.

Same goes for the black housing ones. If they have hid's they have the motors IIRC.
