Any roofers here? Need help.

Sorry guys, I don't know the specific technical term but I need some help. I have a sun room that's leaky and it is receiving water damage. It's been this way for a while but now it's really starting to bug me.

Does anybody know how to fix the roofing or know how to plug leaks in roofing?

I could use some help - in fact, I'm looking for a professional to do this. I can't seem to find the leak myself, I've been up there and I tried using different caulks and cements to plug the leak, but it's not working.

Anybody? I really need some help.

And for all of those people who are going to give me a comment that's unhelpful, please refrain from doing so and just save them for something else. Thanks a lot.

Pics might help. Was the sun room added to the house? If it added on after, it might be the flasching between the house and the sun room.

Yep, it was added to the house. I'll have to check again between the house and the room. At this point, it seems to be coming through the light fixtures - all of the light fixtures.

I would personally check the contract that was signed when the work was done, if it was done by a licensed contractor regarding their warranty on labor if this sun room was added within the last year or two.

If not, try to post up some pictures.

in case you're not sure.... the wall/roof flashing should be sheet metal. since this si an addition you should see the flashing go up the wall a bit.

dude you need to take care of that leak asap cause mold is a horrible thing and that stuff starts setting in real fast if the sheet rock and interior wood is wet.
