Dan,
I'd like to come as well. I've never been to one of these before (I know! I know! I'm a hermit living in a cave!) Apparently from everyone, this meet is hella sick so definately want to check it out. Anyways, I know it's going to be fun! I might bring a friend (don't worry, we'll make sure to pay our share.) By the way, where do I send my money to?
Also, yea... I like the idea of having something vegetarian cause I'm a Buddhist and I don't eat meat. Quit like just 2 years ago so it's still going to be hard to resist that meat smell off the BBQs I once crave over!
Oh well, nothing I can't handle. I can grab a bite anywhere is another thing.
I gotta go find some directions to this place now.
Steve

Hey Steve,
Yeah, the Mt Hamilton meets have been going strong for 4 years now. Each year they get bigger and better. We rent this area of Joseph Grant park called the Rose Garden, it's a nice little fenced in area with an old mansion that you can tour (It was a mansion back in the day). But yeah, major bbq, music, football, soccer, you name it. Hell, you can even bring your mountain bikes and ride around the near by trails before or after the event. It's a beautiful area.

Apparently... I just saw that motorbike link on this thread. The ride/scenery seems awesome! I can't believe I lived in the South Bay for so long, but never discovered this. Anyways, I'll definately cruise and take it carefully since I've never driven up there before. Don't worry, I'll get out of the way for you speed freaks!
lol
Oh yeah... I can always help out if wanted. I need to know the paypal account so I can put my deposit. That way I don't forget and I'm definately not a free loader.

The paypal account info is in the first post of this thread.
And also, don't worry about people being spreed freaks. This isn't a race track, it's a family-friend event, and I want everyone to make it there and back safely... Most people here are mature enough to respect others and wont drive like maniacs.

sorry dude, I had to edit your post. It's not a good idea to post your email addy in "email form" on the web. There are web robots that seek out email addresses all over the web, and that is how you get a crap load of spam.
So, I just added a space to it so it doesn't look like an email addy.
