I'll have to check with the boss but I think I can make it. If I do, I'll bring a bunch of marinated tuna loins to throw on the grill.

I'm in....it will probably be me with a car full....so 4 people total.

if you want help I'm a genious on the grill. If you need another grill I got a gas one I can drag out.

As for meet. the easiest if you want nice is chicken and one kind of red meat. Tritip is awesome because you can do sandwiches or just eat it.

On top of that I'd like to recommend a vendor..... Freedom Meet Locker in Watsonville. I can pick up and deliver if you need it. Anyone from Santa Cruz can vouch for this place. My family has bought more meet than you can imagine...trust me..I'm talking over 1000 pounds here. So if I go in and have a chat with him and tell him what it's about I might be able to get hooked up. they premarinate and teh marinades are the ****. Inject TriTips and awesome skirt steak and chicken breasts.

On top of that my girl friends dad does huge bbq's as a side job....he's awesome and will do it insanely cheap and provides meat and fixing. You want a price you give me a number of people and I'll talk to him. He's a country boy so you know it's good.

as for beer...I'd suggest we start making some calls to local breweries....like pyramid and even gordon biersch. I'd bet that if we tell them what it's all about in the right way we can get a pretty big hook up on alcohol. And I know for sure if you want to add some hard stuff that Jaihgaer or however you spell it is very into this type of stuff. They are looking at sponsoring my friend motorcycle crew and they sponsor a couple bands I know...one is hostility.....awesome.

so my vote.....chicken, tri-tip and some grilled veggies for the veggie types...easy and cheap enough to do.

I'll get up on time to meet you at DCKK this time... that way I won't have to use up all my luck catching up to you guys... which I didn't do until 237...

I'll be there with my North Bay peoples I had fun at the last one, and will actually be able to make it up to the observatory this time, so it should be even better this year.

You can get a ride with me... but I'll be there hours before anyone else, setting up. Get in one of the caravans... 50 subies driving up hamilton at once is a sweet site.

It's all good... I'm not in a rush to get the money, because I wont be spending it on food and such until the day, or 2 days before the event. Though I do have to get party supplies, and rent the place.
