what a load of crap

I'm really new to both these groups and just got done reading the other thread on NASIOC. IMHO I think it is really poor business practice to treat someone the way Shiv did you. You have obviously spent a lot of money in their product and in using their shop. He should be trying to help you remedy the problem rather than making up excuses of why your dyno came out like it did. Word of mouth is so huge especially on these forums and one lick of bad press can have a domino effect if people take your side. Anyway I just thought it sucked. I'm going to bed, bad taste in mouth.
