Intercooler to throttle body hose
Hey guys I looked under my hood yesterday and I noticed the bottom clamp on the hose from the intercooler to the throttle body is slipping off because the lip on the hose is ripping.
I called Capitol Subaru parts and the guy didn't seem to know what I was talking about and just said they didn't have it and hung up.
Does anyone local have one or know for a fact that the dealership does have them and I should just go down there and show them what I'm asking for?
Also does anyone have a part number? I couldn't find one on subarugenuineparts
Thanks

I know the one on subarugenuineparts was the STI one and it is like $50. Just call subarugenuineparts and ask them for the throttle body coupler.
If that one is cracking, odds are good you will want to check the Y-pipe couplers as well.

The elbow?
Just tell them the elbow that connects to the y pipe.. throttle body coupler maybe? But if you're going to be replacing it buy a decent silicone one with good hardware. The stock stuff sucks.
samco part number E9048 or E9051
The stock replacement part is more expensive and crappier.
LOL!!! Beat me too it.

yup this is the one. was looking towards the dealer seeing that I will be going on a road trip in 2 weeks and don't think I would get it in time if I ordered one online.
I will check with the dealer tomorrow now that I have the part number since the guy didn't know what I was talking about.
If they don't have it then I will take you up on your offer.
Thanks!
