That's insane.
Plus the shooter, seriously. I know shot guns have kick, but 3 shots point blank and you can't kill the guy? Also, the shooter has issues, going into court with a purple suit, top hat, and smiling? Messed up.

I'm sure adrenaline was rushing through him. Crazy story though! Gangs are nothing to take lightly though, and 15 isn't even at the young end of getting into a gang, unfortunately.
