As you all know, I'm in the process of parting everything out on my car, but I still find myself checking the classifieds for parts and stuff, and I still get excited if I see a good deal

 

i feel your pain, I'm on craigslist every 15 mins......

 

I have a link in my toolbar that goes directly to craigslist and searches for "WRX"
I check it like 10,000 times a day

 

super feel ya, i just hope you don't end up in my situation.. i thought i was gonna sell my wrx, so i parted out back to stock, ended up giving it to my lil sister, she had it for about a year, mistreated it, so i took it back and currently modding it again w/ many of the parts i originally already had (mostly my sti accessories) the power configuration and suspension is going to be much better than my ver.1 setup

 

just sell me your exhaust and buy a new one. it will help you.

my 01 RS had a bunch of misc parts, but now its all bone stock and it feels soooo weird but its for the greater good that i get an STi!!!

wow thats really nice of you...my brother (17, almost 18) is a lazy sack of ****...crappy grades(D's), doesnt have a job(i tried to set him up with a few), took driver's ed but hasnt practiced any driving or bothered to get his license...plays CS and WoW all damn day.....needless to say...im not helping his *** out to get a car or give him money...i worked for my own money and had a job at 16, so scew him lol

I'm still debating. More likely than not, it's going to be a 94+ Integra or a 92+ Civic. He really digs old school Porshe's, but I don't think we can afford maintaining/rebuilding one.

94+ integra would be nice, i was going to get one, but it had to be a silver 2dr with black leather...but saw that they get stolen constantly or ripped off and that bothered me...plus the insurance was almost freaking 3800-4k for a base model!!!! and i have nothing on my record at all!

 

Idealy I want him to get a 92-95 Civic EX Coupe so we can slap a turbo on the single cam vtec and be nice n sleeper, while having decent creature comforts. (The one thing that bothers me the most about my WRX is no moonroof). And also because those SOHC VTEC motors are dirt cheap and readily available if we happen to blow one
