But what if there was a ban on killing people even in wars n shtuff. Then people would have to ban together to talk out their differences so people wouldn't hafta ban together to go to war against others who banned together for the same purpose.

I think banning is neccesary, there are a lot of douche bags on here that deserve banning
especially the people pulling Rick Roll'ds should be banned, if there were no onther reason for banning this would be it.
