If banned was banned?
If banned was banned, there would still be black market banning. And don't say "not including black market" because that makes no sense. All you are doing is taking ban away from law abiding citizens and leaving ban sticks available to criminals. How would that make us any safer from getting banned? It won't!
If ban was banned, would unbanning be banned as well? Otherwise you could always un-ban the banned ban, and you'd be back at square one.
Is that what you really want? To do something, un-do it, and start all over?

i dont think anyone can contemplate this complex paradox.
