Damnit

Someone in my apartment complex hit my bumper when I was asleep. I hadn't driven my STi in a couple days, and then I come out to find a 6 inch scratch and a dent in my bumper. The bumper is plastic, so is it possible to get a dent out? The dent is 2x2 in. but I'm not sure if it can be popped out.

I was going to call Kreative Kustoms, but want to be sure that I don't need a new bumper first.
