OneManArmy, thanks for the post, but I'm not really in the market for one.
The car in the first link is terrible looking. I dunno why you'd do that to such a beautiful car!
The second one has been around for a while. I think it's suspect that he hasn't taken the car to BAR himself. Actually the car in the original post is not legal either.
I don't think I'd ever drive a Rotary again. Too much of a headache. It seems like these swaps arn't as easy as they seem...

I haven't had a good experience there with the people who work there, have walked in a few times to chat and workers were rude and didn't seem to care when they found out I wasn't spending any money.. I was just asking about services, what cars they worked on mostly, cost for certain installations/alignment, etc...and they weren't busy either
and I even asked about the job they had when hiring, and the guy at the desk said "hold on", walked back to the back and didn't come back...later saw him out front with someone else and didn't say anything when I walked back out and across the street

Actually, I take back the snark. If he's a friend of yours, you should tell him about how his actions have adversely affected his reputation. Maybe he just doesn't realize it. Or maybe he just doesn't care. Either way, if he really considers you a friend, he'll value the information you provide him.

I hope he treats you better than he does his business associates then. Maybe the guy just doesn't like to mix business with pleasure.
