I just picked up a 2006 Audi A3 3.2 Quattro with ~24K miles. If you want more comfort, torque and less noise this might be a good car for you.

Only problem is that they only came with the DSG (6 speed auto, shiftable) and it's red.

Once it's ready to sell I'll post it up and yes, I'd take your car in trade.

How would that solve any of my problems?

I have a 2000RS which is modded and going to be transformed back to stock. New motor and fairly new tranny. for sale. (Will use the money to buy a rifle thats going to cost me around 3k, and use the rest for savings),

Other car is 2006 WRX TR, Wheels/Tires/HIDs/Exhaust/Seats/

I think I just really need suspension for this sucka'

Brucey, I feel ya. I've been having similar thoughts but I actually want less... maybe a Honda Fit for work errands. 40 mpg in a small city friendly hatch is beginning to sound more and more appealing.

daniel....the volvo looks good but don't do it. You will not like the way you fit in that car and the way it feels.

If you want to move up and on...why not track down a Spec B legacy?

any car's reliable when you saved $10K+ from buying a new car.

as long as you have a backup to drive while it gets fixed.

Ask my $2000 transmission job and my mom's OBS wagon i rallyX'd a few times while my 323 was in the shop
