i bought a cardeck from a fellow i-clubber a few months ago. i took the time to drive all the way to SF to pick it up from where i live which is pretty far and the decked looked to be in pretty good shape. when i got it home i hooked it up and the radio part of the deck didnt work. i told the buyer about it and he said he would fix it for me. i didnt want to drive all the way to SF again so i thought id mail it to him. he said he didnt get it but i dunno. he lied to me once about the deck and how everything was in good condition. now im like $130 short. moral of this story, just cause someone seems to be a good seller, doesnt mean he is.

 

Did you purchase tracking info?

If you didn't purchase tracking info, thats kind of your fault...

 

seriously if you shipped it you should have gone with a carrier that has tracking info. or otherwise get insurance.

 

Sounds to me like he picked it up. But I could be wrong.

 

I hate to tell ya this, but i think you got |PWN3D| son...should have went with a carrier like "ish" said, otherwise its kinda your bad. No tracking order, means its now property of whoever (probably him) recives it. If it cost you alot for the radio, id go back up there and knock on his door if ya know what i mean .

 

Don't forget to also pay using Paypal...it's the best way unless you're buying something for $10.

 

yeah paypal is good, becuase you can dispute the buyer/seller... i've done it a few times with some shady companies and it works very well
