similar thing happened to me. I missed my first payment because it takes two billing cycles for it to be active. However, I was able to pay online and they waited my late fees...

i haven't had any problem with their service since until recently. Their tech support is worthless... The lady flat out told me "sir, I do this for a living". I was like, "and you are the best Comcast got?", she said, "yes". I laughed and said, "you are kidding right?", and hung up on her. Needless to way, I fixed it myself.

- call Comcast, the automated system goes "Your account is set up for automatic billing, we cannot process a payment online or over the phone at this time. Please hold for an operator."
-Operator goes "Automatic billing takes two pay cycles to kick in." Yet meanwhile they wont let me make a payment over the phone or online

Condo? HOA might cover it that's why... I don't pay for it, well, I guess I do through HOA, but Comcast doesn't bill me for the basic cable.

Nope, house that was sectioned off into three separate units. The owners said cable was up to me, the other tenant said "Just hook up your TV, it works for some reason." I didn't argue with it, I only get a few HD channels, but it'll suffice

every company's cutomer services suck. i have errors on my bill from comcast almost every month and have to call their *** to get them to fix it. at least its easier to get them to fix things over at att when i have a problem. but still, shouldnt be this many damn stupid errors on the bill statement. and the ppl at comcast are stupid too.

what the...60 down 24 up??? geez that's fast.
dang...im paying 134.95 from time warner down here for 2 DVR boxes, 2 HBO, some random HD channels, and 22 down, 2 up.

i thought mine was fast when I was pulling blurayrips off bittorrent in 15 minutes, and DVDrips in 7-10 minutes...

I hate waiting for comcast techs. Out of the 6 times I've called them, they've only showed up once on time.

I actually like the days that they come by becuase they usually show up between 0800-1400 so that means I have to wait at home all day for them.

Have they fixed that 1-3 second delay they have when you change a channel?

I hated that with them.
