I now understand the hate for Comcast...

-Set up account
-Sign up for automatic recurring billing
-Have worry-free internet not having to think about when my next payment is due
-Get a notice "You're account is past due and your service is about to be suspended."
- call Comcast, the automated system goes "Your account is set up for automatic billing, we cannot process a payment online or over the phone at this time. Please hold for an operator."
-Operator goes "Automatic billing takes two pay cycles to kick in." Yet meanwhile they wont let me make a payment over the phone or online

Comcast sucks donky ballz. They made us have to get boxes for all rooms in the house. Then it was a pain in the **** to get them to work.

Best is when the intro rate expires and they start charging you $300 a month for your service hoping you don't catch it.

Comcast rocks when you know how to get 30 down and 12 up. Or in my other friends case where he gets 60 down and 24 up for a just a mere $15.95. Gotta love workin the system.

my friend has Verizon FIOS in LA. For some reason, his modem/router thingamjiggie won't let him port forward and he can't use bitorrent for the life of him.
