Angry I need Advice...

The other day I went to Stevens Creek Subaru (where I purchaced my car) just to ask a question... I already know that everyone there is a jerk, but I learned that after it was already too late and I had already signed my soul away for my STi. ... Anyways... The service people offered to fix my minor problem for me and fill my tires with air. I agreed and let one of the technicians drive my car into the service center thing to fill the tires. When he was backing it out he drove my car right into an Outback parked in the lot! I was standing right there and saw the whole thing. He drove me car off the Outback and the rear bumper of my car was all scuffed up... He rubbed it and told me it would be ok and just to get on my way... I freaked out and asked him to clean the mark off so I could see if there was any damage... I took it over to detail and they cleaned it up but the paint has minor cracks . Another guy came out and told me that unless I'm looking right at the bumper you can't see any damage so I should basically "get over it" and leave.. I really freaked out and caused a scene in the dealership...finally I got the service manager to agree to get my bumper painted. I called the next day to find out how this problem was going to be solved and Steven's Creek told me just to leave my car with them for a couple days and they would take care of it... I really don't want them 1. touching my car 2. driving my car or 3. possibly crashing my car for a third time (they curbed my tire 6 months ago and had to get me a new one). I want to take the car to my own body shop and they said I have so say on what shop does the work.. This doesn't seem right to me.. The guy said since it's a "lot accident" they get to chose where my car goes and when... This isn't right is it?... Anyone have any advice for me?

Is it a pain in the *** to take the bumper off? If not, I would take the bumper of and just drop off the bumper so they can paint it.

tell them you are going to your own bodyshop.

if they say no.

tell them, you are going to bring them a recipe, they are going to pay it, or you will take them to small claims court and they will pay there.

Rear bumper is rather simple to take off, I'd say about 5-10 minutes. Just be firm with them; let them know that you won't simply "get over it." Subaru of America can also be of help if they continue to be dicks.

beat my question with an answer... It's hard to talk to them because everytime I've been there something horrible has happened... They talk to me like I am the problem and I think it is because I'm a girl... rat bastards...

I've had to deal with their bull**** before. I gave up and called SoA. Ah, sweet victory. You may want to call them, even just to give them a heads up on the situation.

+1 on contacting SOA. I had a problem with a dealership in Sacramento regarding bumper paint ealier this year. SOA sent me a check to cover the paint and gave me store credit.

Just give them a ring or visit the site.

Be thankful you were there to see it, otherwise those b@stards at Stevens Creek would be denying anything happened.
