Adhering to a strict diet and lots of aerobic exercises are you in your future sir! But don't worry - it's actually fun when you get into it.

Plus it's better than loosing a leg...or hand...or life.

It's ironic that I have vastly improved my diet & just got back on my bike.
I broke my collar bone 6 YEARS ago mountain biking & never got back on it.
Would do 4-8 miles/day, everyday.

Will know more on Friday.

Hmmm, I think you take more care of your car than yourself.
Anyway, wish you well with those results.

At least they caught it early. What was your sugar level? Or did they not tell you?

When I got diagnosed with Type I my sugar was in the 900's

That's the ****ing truth!

After starting this business, I've had ZERO time for my health (lame excuse).
While am no Fat Body, I know I've let my self go; no exercise, crappy fast food, etc.

I see great changes in my future....

Being new to this, I failed to ask for specifics.
Plus I'm hoping that the 2nd test will rule it out.

Don't go on the drugs!!

Type 2 is completely reversible with lifestyle changes.

My Dad did 6 weeks of "eat to live" http://www.drfuhrman.com/

Completely reversed, and now just follows some of the tips from the book on eating better & the obvious exercise.

Hope to hear your doctor is wrong!

jesus christ man! I was 10 years old and drinking water like a marathon runner, I can't imagine what 1200 would have been like!

When my mom was diagnosed she had gotten into the point of slipping in an out of consciousness, I don't remember what her level was though. That was also 34 years ago, so I don't know what their tests were like.
