I am a slow to learn but once I get a grasp on what I am doing I am fine.
I was in a senior position at SurfControl for 4+ years, then I left cause I was bored and went to work at Blue Coat systems in sunnyvale.
I was there just over 3 months, didn't get anything more then "catch up on your cases" with no help on how, at 2.5 months. then a month later they gave me my last paycheck + 2 weeks.

Its kind of ****ed up really, but I hated working there anyways and was looking for a new job. I didn't like 50+hour weeks and nothing but 'you're not good enough' from managment.
