Progress after day 3:
Got a little behind after I found a wall full of dead bats!!!
Finished sheetrock repair except for final mudding and texture.
Did more paint prep.
Started putting down backer board for tile.
Today:
Final mud, sanding, and texture
Finish paint prep in the first part of day and start priming the house.
Finish laying backer board, nail down, and redgard.
Hopefully the last half of the day start putting some color on the wall.

Ok so tomorrow I should be adding some pictures.

All hardibacker is down and done.
All sheetrocking is done except a small amount textrue.
All but one room primed.
Today:
Finish all misc. wall projects except paint.
Redgaurd the backer board.
Paint living room, kitchen, hall.
If everything goes perfectly I will be laying a little bit of laminate or tile

I didn't really have you in mind, it was more directed at the post ***** drama queen who keeps flaming ICB in multiple threads.
I'm happy whenever anyone takes steps to a successful, productive life. I wish ICB nothing but the best.
And it could also be argued that you'll never own that house/property, stop paying taxes to see who really owns it.
