ATTN: HE IS NOT DEAD HE IS STILL ALIVE !!
Vinh Tran is in the hospital today. He is in really bad shape, but still alive. He suffered serious head trauma and the machines are breathing for him. Apprently, a drunk driver hit him off the exit of Bernal and ran. They have found the truck but no driver. He was hit so hard that his bike is in two pieces and his helmet flew off. He is in Eden Canyon hopsital if anyone would like to visit him. The doctors are saying that he may be able to hear you if you talk to him. Visiting hours are until 8 PM.
PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO PRAY FOR HIM AND ALL THOSE THAT WAS AFFECTED THANKS !

This is not the way I would want to remember a close friend. I would prefer to remember them living, not dieing.

not to hijack this thread, but the timing of this tragedy is really eerie to me....i have been contemplating getting a bike for a while and just went to price some today. i've been remarking to my other bike riding buddies how EVERY time, I start considering buying bikes, a friend or acquaintance gets into a bike accident.
i'm not sure if i should go through w/this latest attempt now.

Wow, i was amazed at the turnout there was tonight on bernal. i got kind of annoyed by the people trying to be smartasses though running across the street n **** and acting stupid trying to **** of the cops. If youre gonna go to his service, then be there for him, dont go there to just **** around. Anyways, i saw a few suby's while looking for parking. Who here went? i was in my red suby with the gold volks
