Can you hold it off with a bunch of Sudafed until your doctor returns? Obviously, it won't kill the infection, but it might reduce the symptoms.

Found a guy in the Tenderloin that got some for me. They were kind of sticky and dirty, but he looked legit, so Im good!

Most urgent care clinics have a fixed price, at least in my area - closed now though, at least the 4 nearest me all have fixed prices...I think it's $90, $110, $75 and $105 or something like that. If you require tests etc., those are extra, but the clinics have fixed rates in CC county.

It's fairly easy, I've used them in the past, WAYYY cheaper than the ER. As long as you don't need any long term medication, if you do, they won't write you scrip for it, at least that was my experiance.

You are lucky, that stuff works for you. I used to get sinus infections, and stuff all the time, I have been prescribed everything in the book...I have allergic reactions to it all...I have to tough it out now.
