There are 2 sides to every story, Im sure that sisquock (sorry I know I got it wrong) did something wrong leadgin up to this situation. However, as the saying goes, the customer is always right. I too believe that on a board you shoudl either be a moderator or a vendor, not both, it is a huge conflict of interest and I believe that Subiegal should either be removed as a mod or as a vendor, preferably a mod becuase if she loses her vendor status she still sells stuff.

 

I dunno how you can do wrong by wanting what you paid for :/

 

If thats all that went down then he wasnt wrong, but all I am saying is that there are 2 sides to every story. It speaks very highly of your personality as a vendor and I will remember this and will remember it when I make my next purchase.

that's all it came down to, period. I even saved most of my messages that i emailed just in case sheit got sour... which it did.

Of course there's two sides to every story, to think otherwise is just stupid. bottom line, i paid for my product and was given about 12 excuses on why i didn't have it yet. The excuses were very resonable at first and i understood. However, by the time she gave me excuse 5 and beyond it sounded like her dog ate her homework. I felt like i was getting hustled until finally i got my refund (via paypal) THREE MONTHS LATER!!!

BTW the main issue was my situation... the MAJOR issue was on how Subie-Gal tried to cover DRE'S (HIGHWAYDRIFTER)responses to my situation on NASIOC because i couldn't post at the time! She was trying to cover her ***! Just Goto the OT thread in Nasioc and you'll see a thread that's a million miles long on the topic.

 

I know, I read that whole thread but didnt put my 2 cents in becuase I didnt think anything else was needed. I talk with Gagan about it for a while last night, she should lose her mod status, I am slowly getting fed up with that board.

Also I will be checking with Nick to make sure Jamie is no longer a moderator for classifieds/ vendor review as well as OT like she said she would.



Trust me I hope things begin to calm down again and we can all get back to our regularly schedueled programming.

 

Dude, can we vote her off of her moderating podium? Well, at least take away her super mod powers, and just give her the ability to move/lock threads. As she has proven un-trustworthy on several occasions.

Don't get me wrong either. I have nothing against most the Mods on Nasioc like wagon, you etc etc. I continue to use Nasioc and will do so. I just didn't any others to fall into my situation and thought i'd shed some light on the issue.

Once this clears up everything will calm down and be normal again. I never understood the difference between Nasioc and I-Club anyway. Some people are bitter because they got banned for one reason or another. Bottom line is that they're both data bases that allow us to reasearch and connect with other members... bottom line.
