news station never edit film footage for a beefier story do they?

p.s. i am sure an outstanding citizen such as Mr. Ronnie Holloway 49 years old still living with his mother is so outstanding he can prove he has been medically diagnosed with schizophrenia, not mommy diagnosed, and isnt really just a drunk causing ****.
You can clearly see from the video that the cop car just got there. Being drunk and weird is no reason to get beat up.

you dont knwo this either, they said among the charges resisting arrest, they didnt list off any other charges, probably edited by the news guy to make it look like the cops are bad guys. they didnt say the onyl charge was resisting arrest

If any consolation, as Mr. Holloway is a schizophrenic. That is so awesome an officer beat a mentally ill guy!
why becuase his mom says he is. do you know from your personal relationship witht his man he is schizophrenic. Once again as I stated i would like to see medical records seeing he is. I am sure there are none and thats why we will never see them

"Holloway said he had exchanged no words with the officer before he pounced on him."

Assuming makes an *** out of you and me.

And is physical violence really necessary if you cuss out an officer? That gives them the right to start beating on them? It's ok for an officer to tell you to "step back" from the curb, and if he doesn't, he gets a beating? When did the police become the owners of our lives?
Correction, you know the context of what the news reported. As i stated it was staken out of the context of the situation which no one watchign the video knows.

Also you dont know if all he did was cuss, you dont know he didnt threaten the officers life.

You said yoru gf told you that he was just standing there. funny... i didnt see your gf in the video tape as an eye-witness

"Holloway said he had exchanged no words with the officer before he pounced on him."
the person who got arrested said huh...

what abotu the guy who robs a bunch of banks and gets caught says it wasnt him he wasnt doing anything wrong, you believe him too?

I am talkign about from the point the police officers are int he car to the point where the police are out of the car... why was that part edited? why dont they just let the video play out so we can see what happens and see the police get out of the car, instead of the cops in the car and next thing you see is Mr. Halloway and the officers fighting.

How about for every one of these "big, bad, mean PoPo" stories, you post a "happy, fuzzy, PoPo" story? At least that way people won't think you're a narrow-sighted, "my-way-or-the-highway", single-minded type of individual?

...Just an idea....

first off, we all agree with you: there are some police officers who are bad (just like anything else in life). and some are good.

we're not bashing these threads because we're "afraid to see the truth".

we already know the truth and agree: some police officers are bad (welcome to last week), but op acts like he's the first to notice this by showing us videos.

and seriously, if you really cared about this issue (corrupt or bad LEO's), do you really think posting video is the solution? what's the goal, to convince i-club, and then the world? you should do something constructive about it, instead of going about it negatively, like these threads.

so now that you've posted the video's, and we agree that there does exist a certain population of bad cops, what do you plan to do about it? continue posting video's i see. how's that working out?

there are organizations that oversee the police force. why dont you try to get involved with that.

e.g. the Board of Supervisers oversees SFPD, who gets into a lot of trouble, and they get litigated because of the high powers. do an internship in their city police program.

get involved. complaining on the internet only wastes your own time and makes you more mad, as evidenced by these threads.

and again, we agree with you: some cops are bad.

deal with it.

What's the difference with me posting, than you guys just skippin' over the thread? Weird. I'm pissing people off, yet you can avoid the whole thing with just putting me on ignore or skipping over it. I'm not PMing you or badgering you or calling you out. Skip over the threads and save yourself from venting your emotions (because obviously these officers aren't doing the same thing). These posts (which still I haven't seen a good legitimate argument to stop continuing) are pushing a better purpose and agenda and I won't stop, period.

A few guys who find it offensive (yet I dont know how) or derogatory (everyone is entitled to their own opinion) doesn't justify stopping these posts. If you're good at what you do, then great, no big deal. If you find the need to defend EVERY LEO, then you do have a problem, there are "bad apples" in blue, too.

Remember, being happy is in your own mind, as well as being mad or pissed off, or annoyed. AS WELL AS CLICKING MY POSTS. So let the posts be because I refuse to back down against corruption. Skip over my threads, cuz once or twice a week, there will be a new one with another failure caught on tape.

read my post again. all of it. you're not pissing anyone off (ok some, but not the reasonable ones).

i'm not telling you to stop posting for our sake - it's for your own sake because it's clear that you are explicitly upset with 1. bad cops and 2. people who are against these posts.

again, we agree with you - you're just going about it the wrong way. get involved instead of posting on the internet, it may be better for your own well-being or outlook on this subject.

when you post in these manners, how do you not expect anyone to respond the way they did?

Quoted for truth. This is my only point - we're only trying to help you solve your disdain toward certain (and not *all*) cops. Help us help you.

See that's the idea, I am already doing my part to make this more aware. This is as far as I'm going for now, if I had time and money I might make this a bigger and greater ordeal, but as for now. Giving people the presence of what's going on is what I'm doing, and that only takes a few clicks and a copy n' paste =)
