I doubt thats even him, the car has foglights so its most likely not an STi...it actually kinda looks like a bugeye, but the video isn't clear enough to judge.

Foglights definately look like the bugeyes size.
highly doubt that was him. i posted the original thread here, the accident happened a couple of blocks from my house. it was raining that night, in video it looks pretty dry. i still think about it all the time when i drive by, how bad the car was and how so many people stopped by.
