Yeah, I can also guarantee that too because I know that a bunch of teens live around that around, mostly because a middleschool and highschool is about 1 mile down the street. I've never done citizens arrest before but i've read about it. How does it work? I know I can't physically cause harm unless it's endangering my own life...

That **** is flat out fuxed up. The soldiers do that overseas at cars that don't stop, but their laser is far more dangerous because the green light emitted is harmful so it disperses through the car. very messed up!

Good thing you're okay. Not a surprising thing to happen in Livermore. I went to middle school in Livermore 8 years ago and there were a lot of stupid *** kids in town. Some things never change.
